Pole Vaulting Victory

Aria Rhodes has had a couple of good weekend’s with athletics recently. She achieved the following: 

• Auckland Athletics Championships 2018 1st Place U18 Pole Vault
• Waikato Athletics Championships 2018 1st Place U20 Pole Vault - New PB of 3.60m 

She is heading off to the Australian Junior Athletics Nationals in Sydney from the 12th March to the 19th March. 

Her coach states that there are only 10 girls in the world that have jumped higher this year! Early days and a long journey ahead, but off to a great start. Well done Aria!
