Event Schedule
- 11:00am Parents gather in the Parent Zone outside Reception
- 11:10am Graduation Parade begins
- 11:40am Parade concludes and ticketed guests move into the Theatre
- 12:00pm Graduation Ceremony commences
- 1:05pm Light refreshments and photographs
- 2:00pm Event concludes
The Graduation Parade will proceed rain or shine. If wet weather is forecast, please bring an umbrella.
Parents and caregivers are invited to gather in the Parent Zone outside Reception to cheer on the graduates as they pass by. While waiting for the parade to arrive, we invite you to complete a Graduation Card by sharing a message of encouragement, advice, or congratulations for our Year 13 students. Cards can be dropped into the collection box at Reception before you leave and will be shared with graduates as a special keepsake.
Following the parade, ticketed guests will move into the Pinehurst School Theatre for the Year 13 Graduation Ceremony, where each student will receive their graduation certificate, marking the completion of their school journey.
After the ceremony, parents, caregivers, family, friends and staff are warmly invited to enjoy light refreshments and photo opportunities as we celebrate and farewell the Pinehurst Class of 2026.
