Life can be full of challenges, and it’s not always easy to navigate them—especially for young people. While some anxiety can be helpful in motivating us, too much can quickly become overwhelming. As parents, one of the most important ways we can support our children is by helping them develop strong, resilient mental health—particularly during high-stress times like exam season.
In this special presentation, Clinical Psychologist and Paediatric Neuropsychologist Megan Fowler will offer meaningful insights into how children and teens experience anxiety. She’ll unpack the impact of social dynamics, technology, and the added pressure that exams can bring.
With a focus on practical support, Megan will provide expert tools and strategies to help your child better manage stress and approach exams with a sense of calm and confidence.
