I understand that when my child participates in any activities provided by Pinehurst School I expressly assume these risks personally, and Pinehurst School and staff cannot be held responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects
I give permission for staff to obtain medical assistance or treatment for my child if deemed necessary and agree to meet all costs/fees incurred and understand that all sports considered and/or labelled ‘high risk’ are deemed my responsibility
