Senior College Student Plays with NZSO

Pinehurst Senior College student Áine Kelly-Costello recently made national news with her outstanding achievements across an array of sporting, academic and cultural activities.

Making headlines for accompanying New Zealand Symphony Orchestra lead flautist Bridget Douglas, as they played the Third Movement by Haydn’s Concerto in F major in support of a Variety – The Children’s Charity fundraiser.

A Paralympic swimmer, Áine is training up to three times weekly for the forthcoming 2012 Paralympics.
